Enjoy your stay in this cozy, fully stocked home with no neighbors in sight. Nighthawk’s Rest offers a year-round comfortable retreat for recreation or unwinding with beautiful mountain scenery and wildlife.
Explore 200 private acres and direct access to National Forest lands and miles of gated roads. Bring your boots, horses, bicycles, skis or snowshoes, and step out the back door to begin your adventure.
If fishing is on your mind, there are miles of rivers to explore and mountain lakes to hike to. Ply the nearby Clark Fork River and its reservoirs, or float the renowned Bull River for trout.
The house is a comfortable year-round retreat. Groceries, fuel, and restaurants are nearby in Thompson Falls and Trout Creek, and gourmet catered meals are available. Amenities
Nestled in a meadow with a spring-fed pond, the house has everything you need. Along with its spectacular setting, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a loft.
The property is horse-friendly and offers a convenient turn-around and parking for your trailer. Pipe corrals have water, and weed free certified hay is available if you don’t have your own.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and double oven, side-by side refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Features range and microwave, cookware and everything you need to prepare and serve meals are stocked. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking, and the fire pit is great for s’mores and evening stories.
The master features a queen bed and the second bedroom has adult-friendly bunk beds. A futon in the loft will accommodate another guest. The bathroom is located on the main floor and includes a tub/shower.
Heat is supplied by a wood burning stove and electric wall heaters, and water is supplied from a nearby mountain spring.
